Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety labels and industrial tags remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized post office.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange size within 5 business days.
